Independent educational tool

TestPrep provides an independent test-preparation and study environment using information from various sources, including materials imported or contributed by administrators and users. It is not an official examination service. Unless expressly stated with appropriate authorisation, TestPrep and its operators are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or approved by Microsoft, an examination provider, a training provider or the owners of imported material. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Accuracy and outcomes

Materials, answer keys, explanations, classifications, duplicate decisions, research assistance and simulated labs may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. Efforts to verify, correct, deduplicate or improve content do not constitute a certification or guarantee of accuracy, completeness, currency, suitability, official exam coverage or exam performance. Simulations approximate selected workflows and may differ from current products, licensing and services. Users must independently evaluate information against current authoritative documentation and authorised training materials before relying on it.

No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express, implied or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. No representation is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular examination or operational use. No exam result, certification, employment outcome or other benefit is promised.

Limitations of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TestPrep, its operators and contributors disclaim liability arising from inaccuracies, omissions, outdated or imported material, reliance on content, unsuccessful examination results, service interruption, data loss or other use of the service, including indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. These limitations apply only where lawful and do not exclude or restrict any duty, remedy or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or restricted. Responsibility and enforceability depend on the facts and applicable law; this notice does not promise immunity from claims.

Third-party ownership and authorised use

TestPrep does not claim ownership of third-party questions, answer explanations, diagrams, PDFs or other imported materials. Their rights remain with their respective owners. Administrators and contributors are responsible for establishing that their intended import, adaptation, storage, sharing and use are authorised by the relevant licence, permission or other applicable legal basis, and comply with examination-provider rules. Receipt of material through a class, attribution, private access or a disclaimer does not by itself establish a right to redistribute or sell it. Access to TestPrep grants no additional rights in third-party material.

Users must not upload, obtain, use or redistribute unlawfully disclosed examination content, violate confidentiality obligations, remove ownership notices or represent third-party material as their own. Do not assume that educational or non-commercial use is automatically permitted. The platform may restrict access to, remove or disable disputed material while a concern is reviewed.

Content concerns

Report an accuracy issue through Suggest correction. For copyright, ownership or examination-security concerns, contact the site administrator at tp@conquerit.com, identifying the content or question numbers, the nature of the concern, your basis for asserting rights and a way to contact you. This is a general content-review contact, not a representation that a statutory notice-and-takedown programme or registered agent has been established.

These notices do not replace content permissions, examination-provider agreements or legal advice about your particular use.
